CREATIVE PSYCHOSOMATIC TRAINING WORKSHOP
Together we will create a space in which it will be possible to meet again. Freeing ourselves from what we no longer need in our experience. To step more freely towards what is already waiting for a moment of our kind attention so that it can begin to grow and strengthen in our being.
During the three-hour meeting, we will use elements of mindfulness, body anchored experience, theater and improvisation. Through the offered exercises, we will discover the diversity of ourselves. This is not a theoretical lecture, but a hands-on workshop. Together we will develop our skill of playful meeting.

The workshop takes place in a small space of Pohled
The workshop is accompanied by Vojta Kosour, Ph.D., who has long been dedicated to connecting the conscious, rational and spiritual level of a person through physical experience towards everyday actions. He completed trainings and seminars with P. and M. Mílková, J. Bíléh, B. Matějová, I. Kolář, R. Milgrom, P. Vacík, A. Takenouchi and others. A year of studying Creative Pedagogy at KaTaP DAMU. He has practical experience with physical theater, especially from the Buran Theater in Brno.
